Many thanks to everyone involved in the successful visit by the Rotary Action Group for Diabetes leaders last week.  LaRae and Mark for preparing such a delicious dinner, Dana for the incredible publicity you managed to get for the riders, Clark for organizing the cyclers for last Thurs. morning and for those members who did accompany Edwin and Tom out of town.  To Tom Renner for being there at all the events to take photos and for Griffin for talking me back from the cliff when it looked like we might need an event permit to gather at the pavilion. The Club received a Certificate of Appreciation for our service and support of this Windy City to Cereal City 200-mile ride from Edwin at the District conference.

Our Club sent 9 delegates to the District 6360 Annual Conference over the weekend in Battle Creek.  I think all of us were re-energized by the wonderful speakers at this event.  The South Haven Club was recognized for being the highest per capita donor in the District to the Rotary Foundation and for being a 100% giving Club.  Our Club Hero was recognized, along with the others in the District and Art Bolt and Mike Livovich were honored during the memorial service.
