PROGRAM: EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System) David Bowman, Speaker
PROGRAM CHAIR: Dan Williamson HIGHLIGHTS:
+ David has over 25 years of consulting experience and
specializes in increasing efficiency through teamwork and employee involvement.
+ EOS is a simple, proven business operating system that can help your entrepreneurial organization clarify, simplify, and achieve its vision.
+ The EOS Model provides a visual illustration of the 6 Key Components of any business, in any industry, that must be managed and strengthened to be a great business: Vision, Data, Process, Traction, Issues, and People.
+ David is a believer in Deming's "You put a good person in a bad system, and the system wins every time"; it combines entrepreneurship with the discipline it takes to take a viable company and maximize its potential.
+ Not only does EOS attract and retain good people, but it also provides a maximum return to its owners and leaders, both personally and financially.
+ EOS is that better system
Questions from our members were addressed, and David was thanked by President Angelica, on behalf of all in attendance, for an excellent presentation.
He was also presented with a Fleming Brothers Oil gift card with our thanks.
